How to Make Brownie Cupcake
Brownie Cupcake Recipe
- Serves: 12 People
Brownie cupcake are easy to make and it was definitely loved by your partner. You can add a decorative butter cream and chocolate sprinkles so it looks more beautiful ornamental.
Ingredients
- 225 g butter
- 180 g dark chocolate
- chopped
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs
- 210 g wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon vanilla powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Melt butter and chocolate. Set aside.
Beat the sugar and melted chocolate until blended.
Add the eggs one at a time while stirring until blended.
Add the flour mixture, stirring until blended.
Pour into paper bowls.
Bake in hot oven for 40 minutes until cooked.
Remove, let cool.
Give a smear and garnish personalized.
