My Mom's Rice Flour Brownie Recipe (Gluten Free)

1/2 Cup Vegtable Oil or Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2 Eggs
1/2 Unsifted Rice Flour
1/3 Cup of Cocoa
1/4 tsp. Baking Power

Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix oil, sugar, vanilla, eggs then add dry ingredients. Grease a 9" sq. pan. Bake for 20 mins. Nuts can also be added!

Brownies are always fabulous! I most often use a boxed mix, but I will certainly add your Mom's recipe to my collection.
