Brownies in a Cornbread Pan? -- Oh Yes!

If you love brownies from the edge of the pan, try making them in a cornbread pan and get three edges per piece!

We made these using a boxed, brownie mix and our favorite cornbread pan. We sprayed the pan with a canola oil spray. The results were awesome!

I recommend using seasoned cast iron pan. If you have a new pan, you can season it, just allow time to do so a day or two before you bake in the pan.

Once your brownies come out of the oven, let them them cool. Then run a knife around each edge before trying to remove the wedge.
