Bruce Lee was an extraordinary martial artists, his skill, fitness, dedication and work ethic were second to none. These attributes have influenced many athletes from all sports, disciplines as well as everyday people. Bruce is missed by everyone even the people that did not know him. Definitely the greatest of all time.

Im training so seriously now it has helped me out so much.
Mr. Lee in his own way is so much of an insperation to me
not because of his fighting style but also how he thought
and how he lived. He is no longer with us but do not forget
    he once lived.....

I love Bruce Lee. I'm trying to keep in shape. I'm doing weight lifting but right now I'm trying to work on my heart health. I've found walking to be the best for this. At first walking may seem boring but if you track your steps and see the progress you make each day it may become fun. I'm using hj-112 to count my steps and the distances I walk. I can't wait to make my body look like Bruce lee...
  • poker-tips May 17, 2009 @ 8:38 pm | delete
I mean you really chose a great example as a mentor for fitness, if not the best possible example. There is only one Bruce lee, no one came close.
  • rydigga May 4, 2009 @ 1:09 pm | delete
This is the most inspiring fitness lens I've ever read, and that says a lot considering I've been training seriously for 17 years(check out my fitness lens)

I like the fact that he was constantly training and using conventional as well as unconventional methods to attain that level of strength and power.

    Awesome lens. 5* and bookmarked.
