Springsteen Tour 2012 Setlists, Reviews, Videos and More
Bruce Springsteen has announced 19 dates for a spring 2012 tour with the E Street Band. Tickets for most of the shows go on sale Jan. 27 and the tour starts off on March 18 in Atlanta.
Rolling Stone online reports that all members of the E Street Band are on board for the tour, but there is no suggestion on how they'll go about replacing the big man, Clarence Clemons who passed away on June 18, 2011. Clarence will be sorely missed as he was a heart and soul part of the band and I'm certain Bruce and the E Street Band will be paying him homage throughout the upcoming tour.
The E Street Band's members:
Roy Bittan - piano, synthesizer
Nils Lofgren - guitar, vocals
Patti Scialfa - guitar, vocals
Garry Tallent - bass guitar
Stevie Van Zandt - guitar, vocals
Max Weinberg - drums
Soozie Tyrell - violin, guitar, vocals

Following the final North American date in Newark, N.J., the band will embark on a European tour, before returning to the U.S. in the fall. Springsteen is also confirmed to play at the New Orleans Jazz Fest and speak at South by Southwest.
Springsteen earlier announced that his 17th studio album "Wrecking Ball"
will be released on March 6 and the lead single is 'We Take Care of Our Own,'. The album will apparently feature at least four songs that have been performed at previous Springsteen concerts, including 'Land of Hope and Dreams,' which fans of the live shows are familiar with.

"Bruce has dug down as deep as he can to come up with this vision of modern life," manager Jon Landau said in a release. "The lyrics tell a story you can't hear anywhere else and the music is his most innovative of recent years. The writing is some of the best of his career and both veteran fans and those who are new to Bruce will find much to love on Wrecking Ball."
Additionally, Landau told Rolling Stone that Ron Aniello producer of Candlebox, Jars of Clay, and Patti Scialfa produced it and that members of the E Street Band, Rage Against the Machine guitarist Tom Morello, and former Pearl Jam drummer Matt Chamberlain all contribute to the new offering.
Two bonus tracks will appear on a special edition of the album, along with exclusive artwork and photography.
