1- Yawing Exercises If you feel any feel any daytime bruxism try to do yawing few
times to stretch those contracting or clenching muscles
2- Tongue exercise
This exercise is also for daytime bruxism to practice a new habit which impairs
bruxism when you are not speaking or eating. Just put the tip of your tongue at
the top of your mouth, very near to your front teeth, as if you are about to say
"nnnnn". This will prevent your jaws from clenching.
3- Jaw joint massage
If you are still having this painful sensation, try a jaw joint massage: press softly with your fingertips on the muscles of your jaw and make some small circles. Do not clench your teeth while you are making this exercise. One very impressive way to do this massage is while you are having a shower with warm water running on the sensitive areas, while you are massaging this area gently.
