Bruce Campbell stars in this strange, hysterical, comico-horrific (yes, I made that up, but you get the point) movie. Bubba Ho-Tep is the kind of movie you either love or passionately hate. There is no in between. You love it or hate it. If you take everything to the first degree then Bubba Ho-Tep is not for you. If you are a fan of Bruce Campbell and haven't seen this movie then shame on you. Only Bruce Campbell can play in this kind of low budget B movie and pull this performance! This is one hell of a trip.

Old Elvis and John F Kennedy are residents of a creepy rest home somewhere in Texas.
One day, strange things started to happen. Residents are disappearing, there are strange noises in the night. Jfk and Elvis team up to investigate. They soon find out that an ancient soul-sucking mummy is preying on the elderly!

You really care about the lead character despite the parody-spoof-mummy nature of the movie. He is at times pitiful, at other times noble. Don't expect the greatest effects, but it's a lot of fun.

I love it, from the first time I saw it. This is one you can watch over and over and then go annoy all your friends with quotes about cockroaches. This movie turned me onto Bruce Campbell, I recommend it to all!

I am a HUGE Bruce Campbell fan - been following him from Evil Dead days and now enjoy watching him on Burn Notice. I even met him once when he was promoting his book. But, I could not sit through this movie. After about 30 mins I had to shut it off. Maybe it got better later on.
