A brief history of Buckcherry

Buckcherry was formed after vocalist Josh Todd met guitarist Keith Nelson through their tattoo artist after discovering a common love of AC/DC. The duo made a few demos before being joined by bassist Jonathan Brightman and drummer Devon Glenn. Buckcherry began performing the Hollywood club scene, receiving a strong, local following due to their old school Rock N' Roll vibe. They named the band "Buckcherry" after rearranging the first letters in Chuck Berry. They were signed to DreamWorks Records shortly after. The band released its self titled debut in 1999 to critical praise and certified gold sales. The album, produced by Terry Date (Soundgarden, Mother Love Bone, Pantera, ex-Sex Pistols Steve Jones), included three modern rock chart hits in "Lit Up", "Check Your Head", and "For The Movies".
Buckcherry is a Grammy-nominated Los Angeles, California hard rock band formed in 1995. The band released two albums (1999's eponymous debut and 2001's "Time Bomb") before dissolving in summer 2002. In 2005, Josh Todd (lead vocals) and Keith Nelson (guitar) put together a new band using the Buckcherry moniker and released a new album in April 2006 called 15, and it spawned Buckcherry's biggest crossover hits to date, "Crazy Bitch" and the band's first Hot 100 top ten hit, "Sorry".
15 is Buckcherry's third studio album and the first with a new line-up
released on November 29, 2005 in Japan and April 6, 2006 in North America
The Japanese version features two bonus tracks. "Crazy Bitch" was the first single off the album and enjoyed success on the pop charts. The second single was "Next 2 You" which peaked at #18 on the Mainstream Rock charts. The band confirmed, via MySpace, that the album has been certified Platinum by the RIAA for sales of 1,000,000 copies surpassing their debut album. The latest and fifth single "Sorry", has become their highest charting single to date on the US Hot 100. After 98 weeks on the Billboard 200, the album became the first Buckcherry album to reach the Top 40, peaking at 39 (Issue date 3/15/08). "Pump it up", a bonus Japanese track is used by the NHL's Edmonton Oilers as their introduction song.

"Crazy Bitch" is a song by Los Angeles hard rock and glam metal band Buckcherry
It is the first single from their third album, 15
It has been covered by the Phil Lewis version of L.A. Guns.
The original music video was filmed at the Key Club in Los Angeles, which was made to look like a strip club. An open casting call (documented in a video on the band's site called "Behind the Bitch") was held, recruiting dancers and strippers for the low-budget video, which was directed by Ulf Buddensieck. The video exists in two versions: one X-rated, and the other a "clean" version that has been aired on Fuse. The "clean" version, however, was not approved by MTV, who demanded more than 80 cuts, according to the July 13, 2006 issue of Rolling Stone.
In October 2006, a new concept video was created for "Crazy Bitch" and the band's then-single "Next 2 You".
