So what is on YOUR Bucket List?
Have you created your Bucket list yet?
From the lens My Bucket List.
Hello my friends, thanks for stopping by.
I would so love to hear your ideas for what is on your own bucket list, and encourage you to find a way to make those dreams a reality!
Don't wait for "someday", it may never get here!
I have a feeling that my bucket list is going to keep growing. I'm going to try to update it as soon as I accomplish something on my list. Of course I will probably keep adding more to it, so I may never find the end of my list, but I think I will have fun trying to get there!
Enjoy Life!
Linda

- What an awesome lens. I'm glad to see you've accomplished some of it, and it's great that you keep the readers updated. I can't believe you've never seen fireflies. I guess I've always taken it for granted and never really thought others didn't see them. I will think of you when I see fireflies now. :)

- I see Alaskan cruise on your list and you impress me as the type who might appreciate our story. My wife and I checked "visit Alaska" off our lists a year ago. We considered a cruise, but I wanted a broader experience and really desired to reach the Arctic Circle. We flew to Ketchikan and caught the ferry on the Alaska Marine Highway for a 20-hour ride to Juneau. It was wonderful and incredibly inexpensive. Check it out and contact me if you'd like more about our experiences (no lens about it ... yet!)

- read about your gold panning. Thought I would share. I also had pan for gold on my list but in the klondike. I got my chance. I went to Whitehorse and a very nice mine inspector with the territorial goverment gave me directions to a claim that he said I could work for a day. Very scary getting in as I was hours off any kinda road. Got there and the claim owner was on site, I was worried he would send me off his claim but instead he spent three hours teaching me how a 30 year vet does it. It was cool, I found gold in the klondike. Turned out the miner was a multi multi millionare who offer me a 3/4 inch nugget. Great day.

- One of my favorite question to ask new people in my life is 'what do you search for?' which is kind of like a bucket wish. Most people answer 'happiness'. So does that mean most people are unhappy or do people want to be more happy than they are?
I search for my own personal peace, and I've almost achieved it...not quite, but almost!

- Go for it, I love to hear that people are inspired by this lens to create their own. Part of making a list is creating your dreams, setting goals and honestly just putting perspective on what you truly want to achieve in your life. I think some dreams will remain dreams, but the ones we allow ourselves to experience will be enhanced by dreaming about them first. It takes your breath away to see something or experience something that you have always dreamed of doing.
May all your dreams come true, and even those that don't may they all bring a smile to your lips and happiness into your heart thinking about them!

- I haven't created mine yet, but it has been rolling around in my head for some time. Your great lens inspired me; I am going to do mine. I think that the older you are you define your list as to what you are going to be able to do in the time you have left.
I know that Jack N. and Morgan F. were older; but one of them had a lot of money to accomplish it. But I am going to do it. Thanks for the push to do so. 5 buckets and a lensroll for you

I would like to meet and marry the man of my dreams and spend the rest of my life with him. I'm pretty simple to please. ;)

- Hi Linda. I read, and enjoyed, this lens a few weeks ago. Just revisited to congratulate you on placing #3 with this wonderful lens and realized I forgot to rank it last time. Put it down to be being a 'newbie'. I have now corrected that. A definite 5*. Am off to see some of your other lens now.....

(mine was invasive breast cancer and didn't I get a major attitudinal overhaul?!? :o) Your photographs are fantastic ~ and I hope you can one day swing your painting classes - that one's on my list too! :o) 5*

- A few of your bucket list items would match mine--namely Italy and Alaska. I highly HIGHLY recommend visiting Bryce, Arches and Zion National Parks, they're amazing. And while you're at it, Sedona and the Grand Canyon are close, too. Congratulations on getting Giant Squid, that's one off the list!

- OMG! My last lens was just about me pondering in making a list. I didn't want it to be a bucket list, just a list before I turn 30. But it might not be a bad idea to turn it to a bucket list. I definitely want to see the Northern Lights before I die... This is really a good lens. And I'm glad you guys decided to make the most out of life.

- What a wonderful lens! I am sure that you will make Giant Squid status soon with such a great lens as this.
I would love to drive down through all the countries of Central and South America with the time and money to get to know the people there. I would especially like to get to know the children there, find out what they play with, the songs they sing and the games they play. I would then like to come back and write stories about those adventures for children here to read so that they are able to learn about the children in other countries and cultures.

- I love this list, it's a nice mix of experiences and places, a very good mix. 5***** I have been to Sydney, the Status of Liberty (Debnet and I wrote a lens about our New York City Break), been to Iguassu Falls in Argentina/Brazil, Tikal (Mayan Ruins) in Guatemala. I would still love to go to Italy, love to see Rome. I would love to go to Egypt, also if it was safe to see the ruins of Babylon, a trip to Turkey to see Troy (see a pattern emerging here). I desperately want to go to Machu Pichu in Peru, and I would love to go back to some special places again with my sweetheart.

Going to Italy is definitely on my list, and maybe the Greek isles. Fun to think about...

Snorkel the Great Barrier Reef
Take my kids to Atlantis, Paradise Island
Have a shot of Ouzo on Santorini
