A Woman's Place provides a full range of assistance and support services for victims of domestic abuse and violence and their children, including a free 24-hour confidential hotline, a full-service residential shelter, individual and group counseling, legal and medical advocacy, and a children's program. BARC Developmental Services was founded in 1951 by parents of children with developmental delays. These parents sought growth and achievement opportunities for their children. Today BARC serves over 900 individuals from birth through retirement.BARC helps infants and preschool children develop a variety of skills through the Early Intervention Program. The family is central in planning supports for their child. BARC supports individuals in their homes through the Residential Program. BARC helps develop work skills needed by individuals to earn wages through the Vocational Services Program and the Production Services Program.

Big Brothers Big Sisters matches children ages 6 through 18 with mentors in professionally supported one-to-one relationships.Community-based mentoring is the traditional Big Brothers Big Sisters relationship, where Bigs and Littles get together on their own to share fun activities they both enjoy. Matches typically meet for one hour a week.
In school-based mentoring programs, Bigs and Littles meet for one-to-one mentoring in the classroom, school library, school computer room, neighborhood community center, or other set location. Bigs and Littles typically meet once a week to read together, play sports or computer games, or simply talk about life and personal issues -- just as friends do.

Interfaith Housing Development Corporation of Bucks County is an interfaith partnership of 30 Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, and Quaker organizations created in 1987 to address the needs of the homeless and the lack of affordable housing within Bucks County. Their mission is to provide housing for sale or rent to low-income families and the homeless, and to assist them in becoming self-sufficient.They create affordable housing by rehabilitating "blighted" homes or occasionally building new ones. These homes provide the right opportunity for low-income and homeless families to secure permanent housing. They can buy, rent, or lease-purchase one of the homes. Volunteers are used to do much of the work. They help keep construction costs low, so that the organization can pass on the savings.
