I highly respect Zen Buddhism. I feel it is interconnected to all living things and keeps us rooted in balance and in touch with our current reality. The mind can get so cluttered with 'things' that really do not matter. Thank you for such a lovely overview. Take good care, Rose

This is an excellent resource for people interested in Zen Buddhism. One of the things I like about Zen Buddhism is "being in the moment", something most of us have forgotten to do because of our fast-paced lives. **Blessed by a Squid-Angel**

I am very interested in Zen Buddhism although I know little about it at the moment. The video on interdependence and independence is excellent and I think I'll embed it on my computer desktop so it will be easy to watch again. This is a wonderful reference.

As I write this comment, Youtube is unavailable due to the "Great Firewall of China". Fortunately, however, there is still loads of information to devour on this remarkable lens. A favourite, 5 *s and a lensroll to my Nanshan Buddhism Park Lens!

    Hi, Katinka.
I was looking for something on Zen, and found you again! Somehow, I'm not surprised. Thanks for sharing this information on Zen Buddhism. Very interesting, and calming. :)

I feel a strong attraction to Buddhism and the peaceful feeling I gain just from studying it. Very well done lens. 5 *'s for sure.

Another beautiful lens. I started watching the video "Introduction to the Zen concept of interdependence & independence" and it really makes you want to to hop on a plane and go to Japan.

I do not practice it, but have always been attracted due to the simplicity of Zen, and relative lack of dogma. Thanks for your lens!

Well I practice Tibetan Buddhism and Sufism, but I went to a Dances of Universal Peace retreat and sat with the Zen monks every morning. I liked it very much! A lot like Dzogchen. You should add some more text to this site and not just link out or the google rank will be low. Just an observation, hopefully constructive.
