    Good lens but I would go with more info and less selling. Happiness by Matthieu Ricard is an excellent book.

    Beautiful page about Buddhism. Buddha's wisdom and quotes can be applied on everything we do and to all beliefs. My favourite book is "The Art of Happiness". recently I read "Beyond Religion" a beautiful book by H.H Dalai Lama.

    Lots of great quotes here, I especially like the quotes on meditation. The Joy that can be attained through deep meditation trumps the worldly pleasures indeed. Boring? I think not :)

    Lovely lens. I no longer live in an area with an active zen community and I miss that. But just reading these quotes brings me peace. Just remembering that we can each devote ourselves to compassion and joy each day is enough. :)

    I love the Dalai Lama; excellent lens that describes the essence of Buddhism. Yesterday I was alone in the vehicle and releasing- hooting and hollering with Divine Love. I had about 30 seconds to put on my 'I'm a mom about to attend an awards ceremony for my grade two'er hat'. Still sat there and tried not to cry and clap and dance for those kids getting awards. Anyway- nice to meet you and talk/giggle about Truth -:)

    Last year I went to the East for the first time and was enthralled by Thailand. Our tour guide was very religious and gave us a great insight into Buddha. Fascinating. Blessed by an Angel.

    Good thought provoking lense. Happiness and distress come and go like winter and summer seasons. According to Bhagavad Gita, one has to learn to tolerate without getting disturbed.
    Real happiness is transcendental happiness beyond the mind and senses.
