This is a great hotel with so much to shop in the area. Truly a girls dream come true. We loved our rooms in which we booked 2 superior rooms. Our beds were soft and always kept clean even though were so messy. There are also many restaurants Thai and Indian to choose from. And plenty of street food too. Stay at this hotel because its really affordable and the location is really excellent, not too far from airport train link.

Nice hotel rooms here at Citin. One warning though the area surrounding the hotel is very busy in the mornings especially the entire weekends because there are many people buying clothes. We stayed in a superior room and it was spotless clean with super friendly hotel workers. We were so pleased with the service and the breakfast in the morning was good with plenty of thai and western dishes. But there are many food outside too. Only bad thing is the bathroom is a little small.

Citin is a good hotel but it's really crowded and hard to get to because it's right in Pratunam Market. So it is a plus for some but for me and my family the location is too crowded. Hotel rooms was nice though and service was passable. I would suggest another hotel if you want a quieter area.

Very good hotel and location. I booked a deluxe room for 1 night first and extended my stay for the entire week. Room was clean and fresh. I think the hotel is new. Braekfast was included and had many dishes both western and thai. I loved the friendly staff very helpful and never asked for tips. I only wish that it was a bit closer to the sky train though.

I've stayed in several budget hotels in Bangkok and I have to say this is by far the best. I think this hotel is new because there are flat screen television in room and the furniture looks new. The location is quite good, close to Pratnam for clothes shopping and my husband the tech geek had a good time scavaging in Computer Mall.

Stayed here with my wife for 5 nights. It's perfect for ladies because there are many wholesale clothing shops here. Our superior room was very well designed and clean. Breafast too little variety. Hotel is a bit far from trains but taxis here are plenty and cheap. Just be wary of traffic, it can get really bad here.

Citin Pratunam is a shoppers dream hotel. So close to many places to buy cheap and nice clothing. We stayed in a superior room for a short 2 days and next time we'll stay longer as we were worried the area might've been too busy. And it is, however we like the quality and service of Citin. Sure we'd come back.

I like this hotel because it puts you in the heart of action in Bangkok. Not an ideal place for new travelers to Bangkok since you do need to know your way to get here. But once you do it's really easy. My friends and I booked deluxe rooms and all the rooms are very clean and brand new. Cheap room rates for now but I know Citin Pratunam will eventually go up soon. I highly recommend this hotel too. Very good choice for budget travelers.

I always like the Pratuman area because it's always busy and moving, which was why I stayed at the Citin. Plus the new rooms and furniture helps a lot too. You might as well take advantage of the low price now as it will go up eventually.

Great new hotel with incredible rooms. The rooms are cheap now, but I have a feeling it's about to go up soon, when Citin builds a reputation. Pratunam is a busy area with a lot of people, cars, and shopping. The area reminds me of New York as people here seem to move faster.

I enjoyed my stay here. You have to take a taxi or tuk tuk to get to main hub of Sukhumvit unless you want to walk 20 minutes. Very nice new rooms and great people who work in this hotel.

I can't believe this brand new hotel is only 1300THB. I stayed here with my girlfriend for 10 nights in February 09. Room is big and bed comfortable. Very clean property all around. We're sure to come back after Phuket.

Wow, what a great hotel to stay in. I was pleasantly surprised by the very modern and clean rooms. Staff are very nice and helpful. Super close to shopping all around. One warning, traffic is really bad around this area so don't travel during rush hour.

You have to stay in this hotel, right in the heart of all the action. My room was so clean this place is brand new and I can't believe so cheap. Only thing is taking taxi to get here is not good as traffic around this area is horrendous. I will still come back however.

I love this hotel. Came to Pratunam for business in the wholesale market for busienss but this hotel made it a great vacation as the rooms are and hotel service is excellent. I will certainly stay here again and again as this is my hotel of choice from now on.

Great value for money spent. I booked 3 nights stay mid January 09 in a deluxe room. Rooms are big and comfortable and bathroom and everything else is brand new! Will defintely be back next time if rates cost a bit more.
