HERE'S WHAT I THINK

BUD vs. MILLER: The Battle of the BEERS!

BUD BUD BUD! I'm a BUDWEISER fan and much prefer BUDWEISER to MILLER beer ... and so does my hubby! Anheuser-Busch actually has a beautiful manufacturing facility on the Northside of Jacksonville which is a fantastic place to work. My friend Nancy works in the lab there and just loves it!

Bud Light vs. Miller Lite: I found an online poll of over 435,000 asking which brand do you prefer? The results showed Bud Light 56% vs. Miller Lite 44%.

Well, I just love the taste of BUD beer and think it wins the battle over MILLER any day. How about you?

Yes, you're right! BUD all the way!

anthony says:

bud wins every time it is so refreshing

Guywho Pickedbud says:

Umm Bud

Scott says:

Bud, is the best. Miller is to watered down.

Jack2205 says:

Bud with lime is the best.

ThatGuySteve says:

Budweiser (even though it was recently sold to a European company) is a true American beer! The way it tastes today is a direct result of the American public's change in taste since it was created.

It is actually a more expensive formula than the original (give some leeway for time and inflation).

You can say I'm a "Nascar watching tattooed mechanic", but read the history and you'll appreciate it all the more!

Bud All The Way.

Tom Franklin says:

BUD..... They are a FIRST CLASS OPERATION. I wish I could work for them!!!!

Tom Franklin says:

I am wondering is it Miller Brewing policy or just the local distributor in Macon,GA to purposely sale out dated beer?

GreenRevolution says:

Bud is the best! It's not only the best-selling beer in the U.S., but it's also the best-selling beer in the world. Millions of beer drinkers across the globe can't be wrong! Bud all the way!!
Cheers!

Mellowd says:

And by the way what is wrong with Nascar watching tattooed mechanics! I'm a die hard Redneck all the way!!!!

Mellowd says:

I would have to say Budweiser all the way! Especially the new Budlight Lime it's all I drink!!

fireheart says:

They're both imports now but I have to go with BUD as I am making some serious money on this buy out by IBEV. Let's hear it for Charles Shaw!

KillerTomatoes says:

Guinness good
Bud cuz I'm cheap

JaguarJulie says:

Thanks everyone for participating, sharing your likes and dislikes and particularly driewe for offering that neither are beers! Ha ha ha ... so, what do YOU call a beer? Hey, monkeybrain -- that's a great topic for a debate don't you think? Well I love love love those budweiser commercials!

beerluvr says:

I'm a BUD lover only try Miller when BUD is sold out. Luv those frogs.

No way, Monkeybrain! It's Miller for sure.

Hunta says:

Miller lite plain in simple has a less watered down taste. personally i prefer Miller High Life over any of the other large scale corporate beers

Fred says:

Miller is better by far

kiwisoutback says:

I don't drink either, but I used to drink BUD when I was younger. Right now, I'd have to say Miller because it's a little tastier. Now, it's Corona or Sam Adams, sometimes Guinness.

Gregory says:

Of all the major domestic beers, high life has the best flavor and is impossible to beat out of the bottle. To me, there's no wonder why its referred to as "the champagne of beer." That said, budweiser is a good beer, and i can see why people like it. i'm not much of a light beer fan but i'd definitely buy miller lite over bud light because i think bud light has flat taste to it.

Tony says:

MILLER IS BETTER

AslanBooks says:

Just say no to yellow beer...I drink Reds, Ambers, and pale ales!

rob says:

its miller all the way, bud light is extremely watered down and budweiser is skunk, on the contrary, miller lite actually has a beer flavor with half the carbs and less calories than bud light, and there is no better flavored beer than high life out of the bottle

Scott says:

Budweiser sucks..

Nathan says:

Bud Light recently released this ad campaign boasted their "drinkability". Anyone who's tasted more than just Bud and Miller knows that when it comes to drinkability, Miller is by far the superior beer. Bud Light just launched that marketing ploy because they know that their beer tastes like pisswater. Whatever happened to taste? MILLER TASTES BETTER!

amy says:

miller duh

frank says:

If i wanted watered down beer i would go with bud but since miller is indeed brewed to be a light beer I choose miller (bud in nothing but budweiser plus water) oh yea and bud is a copy cat to miller

high life says:

Budweiser is for Nascar watching tattooed mechanics

Dan says:

Both are Diet "Beers" for people with no taste

ElizabethJeanAllen says:

I'll take a glass of ice water. If I was forced to choose I would go with Miller. I would rather have a Carona.

driewe says:

Neither of these deserved to be called beer

Reg_Brittain says:

Both are swill!

poddys says:

I don't like either, but if I absolutely had to choose it would be Miller. 99% of the time if these were the only beers to choose from, I'd rather have a Diet Coke, Iced Tea or even Iced Water. Now if you let me choose Corona, Presidente, Honey Brown, Goose Island, Guinness.... that would make a choice... or even Theakston's Old Peculier... there's a beer for you...

Bruce_Beerdrinker says:

Even though I don't care for either, if I had to choose, I would take Miller. Budweiser is overrated and tastes like bad water.

The facts about Budweiser (Anheuser-Busch)

Budweiser (Anheuser-Busch) is an American-style lager and is one of the most popular beers in the United States. Accessed 12 July 2008. Minnesota and Colorado require 3.2% alcohol by weight beer only at select public events and beer being sold in grocery stores and gas stations.

Great idea for a lens. I prefer English Ales and Belgian beers, so when I first went to America 20 years ago I was a little disappointed, but now the variety of micro-brewery beers in the US is excellent and they make every thing from black stout to Indian Pale Ales, so I'm afraid I rarely drink Bud or Miller, even when I'm in America.
