If you love bears like I do, you'll love these wonderful Make a Bear kits. For most, there is NO SEWING necessary. They are fast and easy to make. That makes them perfect for anyone between the ages of 3 and 103!
I'll keep you up to date with the latest make-a-bear kits and other information on how to make a bear, where to get them, how to make teddy bear clothes, teddy bear clothes patterns and just everything you need to know about them.

Build A Bear - What comes in a No-Sew Stuffed Animal Kit
Easy to make bears for everyone
Everything you need to make these great bears are in the kit. The plush bears come with:1. The plush animal skin
2. The stuffing or fill
3. A birth certificate, and
4. A wishing star insert.
The kit allows you to stuff your own bear. After stuffing the bear but before you close up the zipper on it's back, make a wish and write it on the wishing star insert. The wish stays inside forever.
Use the birth certificate to make your new bear a part of your family.
The zipper on the back of the bear make it easy to close. It also locks so you don't have to worry about children opening it up - the filling stays safe inside.
Simple instructions included. What a great project for all ages as young as 3 and as old as 103. Everyone needs a stuffed bear!

Easy to build bears
- Stuff the filling inside the bear skin.
- Write your wish on the Wishing Star insert and place it into the bear.
- Zip the bear up!

- I love this idea and you link to great resources. Sewing up the back seam is also a great fine motor skill for young children! Thanks for sharing!

- My daughter and I built a bear at the West Edmonton Mall 'Build A Bear' store a few years back it was great! I will have to try your ideas on a party for my niece or nefew sometime! Thank you Terrific lens!
