1. Reduce Workout Time
Increase your work capacity by performing more work in a less amount of time. Work includes sets, reps, and the weight you use. Do more work in less time and you will get more muscular.

Try to complete your current workout in a shorter amount of time by shortening your rest. This is the best way to increase muscular mass. You may feel pathetic the first time you try to severely shorten your workout but the results will pay off!

2. Do Not Perform More Than 10 Reps
Lifting weights beyond 10 reps emphasizes slow-twitch muscle fibers. Slow-twitch muscle fibers have the smallest muscle growth opportunity. Do NOT do this if you want to build fast muscle!

Learn to keep your weights heavy and do not do more than 10 reps. Make sure you have a partner with you when you lift heavy weights for safety. This way you can push yourself even more!

3. Do Not Exceed More Than 3-5 Sets Per Muscle Group
You risk over training! Unless you are on steroids you cannot over train your body. Forget what you have learned, unless you are a genetic freak or you are taking steroids limit yourself to 3-5 sets per muscle group.

Your first 1-2 sets should be 80-85% maximum effort. You want your third set to be around 95%. Your fourth set should be 100%, and your fifth if you choose to do one. The last set is the most important set. It sets the tone for your muscular recovery. Remember, you build fast muscle outside the gym!

4. Do Only One Exercise Per Muscle Group
Yes thats right! ONLY one! Unless you want to exhaust your muscle and make it shrink leading to the smallest amount of muscle gain. It only takes one exercise to spark muscle growth so your body will adapt.

5. Increase Your Weight 5% Every Two Weeks
Track your progress to build fast muscle. You must make sure that you are making progress to build muscle. Doing the same workout day in and day out without any weight increase will not build muscle.

Try to aim for a minimum of 5% weight increase. Work around that number. Just try to make progress as best you can. Try to record workouts and make sure you are getting stronger.
