Hello!

I recently learned to sew (like just the other day! They don't teach this stuff to kids in home ec?!)So what to do now that I can sew a potholder...hmmm....build a 2mish traction kite. YES.

Now I scoping out material sources and free kite plans. I wanted to make a Gual (from www.windgine.nl) but they no longer have a link to plans for this kite on their site. So I am on the hunt for a set of tested plans to try out.

I am using this page to store the info that I have collected thus far. Hopefully I will have pics of my progress soon.

Update July 27th

I got windows up and running on my Mac and have installed the Surfplan software. I found a .sle file for the 1.7m Gual and I have just begun to play with it in Surfplan.
