You will need the right combination of rest, the proper exercise workouts, and diet. When you put all of these together, you will have the same look as professional bodybuilders, except you will have achieved this naturally, without any steriods.

I am going to tell you what kind of diet you are going to need in order to achieve your goal of gaining bigger muscles naturally.
You need a diet high in protein, and low in fat. When lifting weights, and doing strenuous exercises, you will need to replace the calories that your body is burning, so you will need to increase the amount of calories you consumer per day.
Stick to high protein such as chicken, tuna, and eggs, as well as a lot of fruits and vegetables for the vitamins your body will need. Also, you will want to avoid white flour and processed foods if you want to build bigger muscle.

The best way to build bigger muscle is by using compound exercises which allow you to use a full range of motion. Exercise machines are not my first recommended option to build muscles, but instead you should use functional exercises that allow you to work through a natural range of motion (your own body alignment). Exercise machines aren't as personalized.
