- When studying force, my students built bridges with spaghetti, linguine, and marshmallows. They learned a lot and we had a lot of fun.

- How fantastic, there is so little bridge building being done by some. If more was actually being done, this world would be a better place. I agree with Linda, I am also a huge fan of yours.

- Wow....what an interesting lens.....I love photographing bridges and the history is also really interesting, I still have to finish reading. Thank you for sharing, and I bet you are a really fantastic teacher, I just know you really LOVE what you do! I wish a would have had a teacher like you when I was in elementary school. 5***** Lens!

Building Bridges Unit Study
Garner Rix and his family moved from Connecticut to Vermont in 1780 by oxcart. During his captivity he walked to Montreal and back. What was it like to travel in the 18th Century? There were few roads and even fewer bridges....
