High Quality Ready to Assemble (DIY) Cabinets!
Ranked #3,608 in Home & Garden, #53,476 overall
So, You Are Remodeling Your Kitchen
You saved your nickels and dimes (actually, more like your rolls of Ben Franklins) and are finally ready to undertake the kitchen remodel you have been dreaming about. Congratulations! Timing has never been better. Tradesman like plumbers, electricians and general contractors are plentiful and, if you shop smart, you can almost guarantee yourself a 100% or better return on your remodeling investment. That's great news for the savvy shopper. Plus, if you are willing to think outside the box, you can really save yourself some cash.
How the Kitchen Buying process Usually Works
...but doesn't have to!
To show you how you can save some serious money on your kitchen remodel, let me first take you through a typical scenario for a kitchen shopper: You decide to remodel your kitchen, so you do some research and find that the cabinetry will be the most cost prohibitive aspect of the project. Bummer. So, to get some ideas you run over to a big box store such as Home Depot or Lowes (although I would not advise this for reasons I wont get into here, but would be happy to share if you contact me). You see some things you like, but nothing really lights your fire. The designer does not seem altogether passionate about kitchen design and their presentation and products leave you feeling a little flat. Next, just to get a comparison, you brave rush hour traffic to get to the kitchen showroom across town that focuses on high end cabinetry and flawless design. You love it! Your senses are overwhelmed with cabinetry and design ideas you see featured in the glamour magazines. You are impressed with their ideas and ask 'how much is this going to cost me'? The salesman responds, 'why only around $35,000 and your first born child'. The air goes out of your balloon a little. OK, a lot. So, after a few weeks of crunching numbers and pulling your hair out by the roots (because almost no-one saves enough of those Ben Franklins as they will really need), you head back over to the big box store and plunk down $15,000 for a kitchen that is nice, but not what you really wanted. So, What's the Alternative?
and believe us, you'll like it!
Well, what if you were handy enough to do basic projects? Is there an alternative to these two options? Sure there is. For years China has been importing RTA (ready to assemble) cabinetry which a homeowner can easily put together with nothing but a screw driver. This has become a fantastic option for cost conscious buyers, but here are the problems: There are not a lot of door options to choose from, the line up of cabinet configurations is so limiting that you can't get anything you really had your heart set on, there is no real trustworthy help or support to design your project and lastly, the quality is...well, you get what you pay for.
But if this concept intriques you, what if you could find an RTA cabinet that had all the quality, options and customizability that the high end line offered, was built in the US with Amish quality, but the price came in at or below what the builder grade stuff at home depot was going to cost?
You are in luck! What we offer is a very HIGH END, American made RTA cabinet that features tons of options, an incredible final build quality, and all the flexibility you need to design and build a kitchen at least as good as the one at the designer showroom. Take a look at the pictures on this page. These are actual kitchens produced by our homeowner clients with average DIY skills using our RTA product. Pretty impressive. Well, the truth is you can do it too. You don't have to settle for less and you don't have to pay too much. You can have just what you want if you are willing to put a little sweat equity in to your project.
In addition to great product, we offer fabulous support such as full design services by certified design professionals who do this because they are passionate about it. Furthermore, since we sall and build this product in our own kitchen and bath design center in Charlotte area of NC, we can counsel you through any assembly and install questions you may have.

ASSEMBLY
All the cabinets assemble with a proprietary spline and dovetail technology that must be seen to be believed. Check out the video below and see for yourself. In general, what you need to know is that there are NO metal clips or fasteners that hold this cabinet together. Instead, it uses a sliding dovetailed technology where the top and bottom slide into the side panels and the face frame is held on with wood glue and a unique plastic spline. The result is a cabinet that literally CANT fall apart thanks to the dovetails. You really need to check out the video!

- Thanks for the lens! My kitchen cabinets are a bunch of pieces screwed together and I'm in the market for whole wood ones. And yes I can say that when I would ask people for renovation quotes my tongue must've fallen down my throat when I heard how much they were asking for haha.
