Bulgarian cuisine is a little known gem in the culinary world. The beauty about Bulgarian cuisine is the mix of eastern, western and mediterranean influences that combine and infuse to create the most delicious and healthy dishes known to man kind.
I found Bulgarian cuisine back in 2004 when I met my wife and today I spend alot of time in the kitchen with Bulgarian cuisine recipes creating wonderful Bulgarian dishes for the family to enjoy, in light of this I thought it important to put pen to paper (well digitally speaking) to enlighten the world on the wonders of Bulgaria food.
