    Nice piece of kit, especially with the roller attachment which allows you to work those abs with tone stomach exercises and generally gives you an overall body workout.

    cool lens I have some thing similar to the roller and i have to say i swear by iit works well on lower abdominal exercises and has really strengthened my core muscles. its a thumbs up.
