So the best way for me to tell you about the warranty is just as simple as possible. As an individual who has sold these great watches myself this is a very useful resource for the consumer. The Burberry watch is warranted by Burberry watches for a period of two years from the original purchase date under the terms and conditions of there warranty. My advice to you is to make sure you save your receipt.

The Burberry watch warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. A copy of your receipt and or your completed warranty card is required for proof for purchase.

During the Burberry warranty period the watch movement, hands, and dial are the only components covered under the burberry international watch warranty.

For repairs of your fabulous timepiece you need to contact the authorized Burberry watch repair dealer. You will need to send in the watch with a copy of your original sales receipt or their warranty card. You will have to tell them the problem with the watch and what is not working with it. Make sure you don't mail in the packaging cause there not gonna return it.

You should insure your watch since Burberry will not be held responsible for loss or damage in the mail. So make sure you buy insurance on your package to protect yourself from loss.

The warranty does not cover any defects relating too workmanship regarding to the battery, crystal case strap or bracelet. It also does not cover any damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care or normal wear and tear. Last but not least it also does not cover any water damage unless the watch is marked water resistant.

Burberry's warranty will be void if unauthorized work was done on it, damaged by accident and even other possible factors no relating too defects in workmanship or materials.

Burberry also has the right to change the watch if something goes wrong with under the warranty and they won't guarantee that you will get back the same model.
