Burek comes from the Turkish cuisine, and is very popular in the countries of the Balkan region ( Slovenia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Croatia, Serbia, and Bosnia and Herzegovina).The dish is made of puff pastry, most often filled with cheese, meat, potatoes and vegetables.
Burek - Preparation of pastry

Ingredients
- 0.5 kg of flour
- 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

- The cheese one is actually called sirnica, but in Croatia and all around these areas people call burek all the above delicious versions. Great lens. ?estitam :)
