Burlesque Soundtrack List

Ranked #232 in Music, #6,898 overall

Music and Songs From The Burlesque Movie

10 Songs are included on the awesome Burlesque Soundtrack List with new music from five time Grammy winner Christina Aguilera and 2 new songs by Cher, including "You Haven't Seen The Last Of Me" written by Diane Warren and one of the most memorable tracks from the movie "Welcome to Burlesque".

Cher proves its quality over quantity as she steals the thunder from Aguilera with only two tracks vs. Aguilera's 8 songs. But Christina's no slouch either, currently tearing up the charts with The Voice co-star Adam Levin and Maroon 5 with Moves Like Jagger.

The Burlesque Movie Soundtrack List includes covers of Etta James' "Something's Got A Hold On Me" and "Tough Lover" and Mae West's "A Guy What Takes His Time" performed by Christina Aguilera.

Burlesque Movie Trailers

With Christina Aguilera, Stanley Tucci & Cher

With the casting of Tucci, perhaps they're hoping he'll do the same for Cher as he did for Meryl Streep with The Devil Wears Prada. Months ago, Cher was interviewed during the filming of Burlesque by Entertainment Tonight and the interviewer had the gall to point out "It's been a long time" and Cher defiantly blasted him for that callous comment.

I revel in your pageantry. A tongue in cheek class act. Women in the full confidence of their sexuality touched with the grace of humor. Only the crude could fail to see the art, only a prude would think it lewd. The embodiment of sophistication. I want the sound track. Christina has some pipes, and that energy! Wish she could do more like this. As good as Christina is, Cher is still the Master, I plan to reexamine Cher's music, I could NOT get enough of that throaty voice. If I tried to describe it in platitudes it would probably take forty or fifty words before I would believe I had began to convey the impact it made. Let me live at your feet Cher, and I am not fawning or submissive individual.
