English Cut Prime Rib-a thin, 8 oz slice of the roast, hand trimmed served with mashed potatoes and gravy.
Chicken Boursin-a fresh boneless breast, breaded and stuffed with herbed cream cheese and finished with a brandy cream sauce. Served with rice.
Fresh Atlantic Salmon-grilled and served one of four ways-plain with hollandaise, teriyaki glazed, blackened with Cajun spices and a side of hollandaise, or with lemon and butter. Served with rice.
Pasta Alfredo with Shrimp and Snow Peas-creamy, rich, garlic, and parmesan cheese sauce with shrimp and snow peas, tossed with fettuccine.
Pasta Primavera or Pasta Alfredo-fresh vegetables and pasta tossed in a creamy garlic and parmesan cheese sauce. Or plain, without vegetables.
All entrees include unlimited visits to the salad and bread bar. Also includes coffee, tea, milk, soda and carrot cake for dessert.
$75.00 per person.
