How to Burn Chest Fat and Eliminate Man Boobs

Chest fat ,often referred to as man boobs, is a condition that's embarrasing to many men. Lifting weights, by itself, is not the answer.

To get rid of chest fat, you'll also need to drop the extra pounds. In other words, go on a diet and work out.

Cardiovascular exercises, such as running or bicycling are helpful in toning your muscles, as well as using up those extra calories.

Don't stop. You'll eventually see positive results from all of your exercising and watching the food that you eat.

Aside from fat-burning, you'll need to be adding some weight training, too. You'll need some toning to your muscles as the fat disappears. Some helpful exercises can be found using the bench press and bench flye.

Another method of eliminating chest fat would be by adding push-ups to your exercise program, because push-ups have such a positive effect on toning chest muscles.

To rid yourself of excess chest fat and stop being humiliated by man boobs, make sure you do the following the following:

1. Eat fewer calories. Be careful what you eat! It's those calories that increase fat deposits in the body
2. Help burn the fat that's already there, by including some cardio exercises to your daily routine.

Build Up Those Pecs and Get Rid of Those Man Boobs!

Prior to starting with a good chest workout routine, be aware of the muscles that you're concentrating on, so that you can give your full attention to developing them.


Chest Expander

Your chest includes the pectoral muscle, which is the big muscle that covers the pectoral minor. It begins at the breastbone and wraps around the chest and anchors itself near the armpit.

The muscle can be divided into a lower and upper section. It's this large muscle that will be the focus of your attention.

Some More Exercises to Consider

Presses are the exercise that pushes weight away from the chest and body by straightening out the arms - otherwise known as the flat bench press.

Perform these exercises using barbells or weights on a flat bench. Presses can concentrate on different areas of the chest. By adjusting the bench to either incline or decline, you can eiither work the lower or upper chest. This can be done with either dumbbells or barbells.

Flys are the exercises where the arms are straightened out and then brought together over the chest. These exercises concentrate on the chest more so than the press exercises, and therefore are used to build up mass and add shaping. These exercises are ideal in reducing the chest area fat - aka: man boobs. Flys are usually performed with dumbbells.

Flys can be done by setting the bench at three basic angles: incline, decline, and flat. Setting the angle differently will work on different muscle groups: incline for the upper chest, decline for the lower chest, and flat to work on the pec muscles group.

And finally, rest for a minimum of 48 hours before exercising again. Daily exercising only serves to slow down the process. The body needs to take a break. Just wait a couple of days before resuming with this good chest workout.
