2. Pull in your stomach. Give those abdominal muscles a work out too. Think of pulling the stomach into the rib cage and hold. Start with ten seconds and move up. This is an exercise which can be done anywhere and at anytime. The added bonus is the correct posture maintained when pulling in the abdominals.
3. Use your arms. By moving your arms in a movement from squared position at sides to hand at center of chest then down to side. With repetition from side to side you will build momentum and speed. Moving arms at your side will slow your forward movement. Using your whole body will mean a larger calorie burn.
