For what must have been the longest time, I had been dying to get my hands on the Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle. The price of the ebook was the only thing that really made me think twice about getting it. That along with believing whether it would work for me.

What really made me get the book in the end was a yearning to not only look good, but to be healthy and what I found out will surprize you.

The Book In A Nutshell 

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is not about dieting. Don't fool yourself into thinking that you will lose weight overnight like all of those other fad diets. Because what tends to happen with "diets" is that you gain all the weight back about 6 to 8 weeks later and then some.

Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle is about a sustainable way of life. Being able to make the right lifestyle choices for the rest of your life. This means that you can have the six pack for as long as you want.


There are 4 main points that seem to be the real drivers behind Tom Venuto (the author) Burn The Fat Feed The Muscle book

4 Main Points 

1. Eat Fat Burning Foods.

If you are not aware, there are certain everyday foods that have a negative caloric affect on your body. Which basically means that our body uses up more calories (energy) digesting the food than the total number calories contained in the food. For example, take an apple which has approx 60 calories. It may take the body 80 - 110 calories in the digestion process to burn
the food
, which gives a overall negative calorie in take of -20 to -50 calories. Essentially this means that you can replace or add these types of
foods into your eating plan and lose weight.


2.Small frequent meals

Yes, you probably have already heard about eating small meals frequently, but do you know how much food constitutes a small meal? You see if you eat too much the body doesn't have enough time to digest the food before the next meal, which makes the body store the excess. Eat too little and the body thinks its in starvation mode and as a result holds onto stored fat. Tom has a formula based on your individual needs, which help you to determine exactly how many calories should be contained in those "small meals".


3.Weights

Simply put, the more muscle you have, the more energy your body expends,which means you burn
fat fast.
Don't worry you won't start looking like Arnold Schwarzenegger, by lifting weights. Bodybuilders are elite athletes, it takes many years of dedicated hard work to even begin to look like that Trust me, been there done that.


4.Cardio

I've always hated cardio workouts, but by doing cardio at a certain part of the day for only 30 minutes can burn
fat like crazy
throughout the day even if you're sitting watching TV.


Combining them altogether.

Now Tom puts all 4 together, but in a way that explodes the fat
burning
process exponentially.  It's like having a Ferrari, but with 4 superchargers. Now, this way of life might be for everyone, but I found that even if I cheat the fat just rolls off. If nothing else in your current diet changed and you just adopted one of any four of these methods described in the book you will lose weight.


The way I work it is to combine all 4 together as described in the book to burn the fat as quickly and efficiently as possible and then once I'm happy with
it, I adjust the program to suit my current lifestyle and to maintain the physic I want.
