Most people today are over weight, some are considered obese and as we all are currently aware being over weight is not good for you.

General aerobic and strength training with weights is your best approach to burnng fat and building muscle. It is important to realize that the more muscle mass your body has the fat your body is going to burn and the greater your weight loss will be.
