    I find I enjoy walking/running with my puppy. That little dog has helped me burn of many calories. Just walking or running by myself gets very boring. Thanks for the tips, I enjoyed your lens!     I'm not a 'gym person' and not really into exercise unless it has a purpose like walking from A to B, housework and gardening... those aerating sandals seem a good idea :)

    It's few people who don't hate the gym. This is more my speed, if I can't either enjoy something or accomplish something while I exercise...it probably won't happen. Luckily, I love hiking, bicycling, tennis and such. I've used the aerating sandals...it IS a workout!
