I mean, I am a big supporter of online independent authors...but you always have to be weary. This is especially true in the fitness industry...

Tom Venuto and what exactly are his credentials?
Well I have to say that I am very impressed with Tom's certifications. Among other things, he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a member of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM).
So what does all that mean? Well this is important because those certifications are extremely difficult to obtain (trust me...I should know lol). Basically, it's safe to say that
Tom Venuto knows what he's talking about!

Of course knowing what to do, and actually doing it, are two completely different things. With
