This book is almost 340 pages and i have read every single page of it. It is absolutely FULL of information regarding the right foods and why you should eat them. The wrong foods and why you should absolutely not eat these food choises. He hammers these points in to your head over and over again to make you realize just what these foods do to your body! You will not want to eat like that ever again.

When being given nutritional advice on how to eat, I think it is very important to not only be told what to do, but to understand WHY you should do it! This Book clearly explains WHY and HOW things work and discusses it at length for you to understand. Therefore it gives you great confidence in following your new diet, knowing you will get the results from the advice and food choices you're given.

Burn the fat feed the muscle ebook rips apart all of those fad diets that have come and gone over the years. It explains why they don't work in the long run and why some people may experience results in the beginning only to plateu completely after the first few weeks. The book does exactly what it's name is! It teaches you to feed your muscles while burning off the fat and why it is so important to feed the muscle during a diet instead of just thinking of fat loss.
