"What are you talking about? Losing weight isn't easy at all!" You're correct to an extent, however, the only reason that it's "hard" is because you don't know the correct, and most efficient, methods to burn your belly fat and lose weight. Face it, belly fat is ugly and unattractive. It can be a roadblock to things that you want to do in your life, as it was for me.

The more you snack...the more pounds you'll pack

I know this may be hard, but if you are dead serious about learning how to burn your belly fat, then cut out the snacks. If there was any one thing that is stopping you from getting a flat stomach...then it is snacking. Make sure you eat breakfast, as skipping it kills your metabolism and will leave you feeling hungry and sluggish throughout the day.

The more muscle that you have, the more calories your body will be able to burn in a shorter period, and, ultimately, a flat, toned stomach free from those ugly fat rolls.
