I own and love my art gallery in Sydney's Southern Suburb of Cronulla. But it is time to move on. Sometimes we have to say goodbye to the things we love as we go through lifes changes. I wanted to share this business with you - it may be just right for you - who knows.

The best of both worlds I have here in Cronulla. My beautiful art gallery is set in a great tourist spot full of terrific sights and sounds.Cronulla is Sydney, Australia's most southern metropolitan beach. It is a favourite destination for Sydney siders and tourists.
I have been very privileged to have a business in Cronulla for 5 years. Now though it is time to sell and move on. I will miss my fantastic clients of which there are many. The locals visit all of the time as I sell wonderful prints, paintings and gifts of the local area. Many of my items end up overseas with family and friends of the locals.
What a privilege it is to frame their special items so they can adorn their homes with the things they love.
If it is so wonderful why sell?
You know we all have life changes. This is my time to concentrate on my other business interests of which there are many. So the gallery is to now go to a new loving owner.Are you looking to have a change?
Cronulla is so beautiful - the golden sandy beaches, the picturesque walks, the great people. You can live and work in the same area and still feel you are on holidays.
I have never had a stressful day in the gallery - how could you surrounded by all this fantastic beauty.
Who would the business suit?
I run this business on my own. It is that easy. I don't work excessively long hours at all.The business comes with a framing workshop. You could do the framing or sublet the workshop to a framer as all the equipment is there. It would make great extra income.
You know many retired people would enjoy the benefits of owning such a simple to run business. The area is so relaxed as is the business that pleasure is all you get whenever you step through the door.
