Business Coaching Training Teaches You to Flowchart the Solution

Business coaching training will give you the insight how to flowchart your solution to the problem you are solving in the market place in relationship to your top competitors' ways of solving a problem.

When you understand how important it is for you to flowchart out your top competitors' solutions as well as your own, you will begin to leverage this important concept.

Focus

Business coaching training will help you facilitate your clarity of focus, and to start, always ask yourself this: "What am I attempting to prove?"

Most entrepreneurs by definition have difficulty focusing, and by simply asking yourself this question in the context of flowcharting out your solution to a specific problem(s), you will be on your way to leveraging your productivity with your product creation.

As an entrepreneur who wants to create a unique category where this is no competition for your products and services, it is important that you create a system. Now I know what you might be thinking, this sounds too difficult if you have never done this. It really is not that hard when you use some of the principles that I am going to reveal to you right now.

Before I share with you some very important principles, please note the following from Thomas Edison who stated many years ago that originality is equivalent to your ability to hide your source. Edison realized just how difficult it was-and still is-to have a unique idea.

The Academics

Let's look at what academics do. They research the top gurus in their field, summarize what they say, and then put a spin on it to reflect their own view point or system.

A system is simply an ordered set of behaviors that are required to accomplish a specific task. Within organizational management systems, systems are conveyed as a set of procedures. Policies within a company reflect the mission, vision and core values of the company or organization. Procedures, on the other hand, are the exact steps that must be taken to solve defined problems.

Let's think about what a system is. It includes the following:

  • It is related to doing something more productively.
  • It is the outworking of a flowchart of behaviors.
  • It is a list of key behaviors that are the answer to a problem(s).
  • It is an organized answer with regard to how to solve a problem.
  • It is a related to a defined problem which is tied into some aspect of human nature.

Life is Filled With Systems

Your whole life is filled with systems that you either replicate or you have created. Here are a few examples:

  • How you teach your children about investments
  • How you easily make upgrades on all your family and business travels
  • What you easily do at work that everybody asks you for help with
  • How you bake your 'secret recipe' vanilla cheese cake
  • How you grow the freshest vegetables
  • How you organize your office and are able to increase your productivity
  • What you constantly find yourself answering questions on with people who come to you for guidance

I trust that you can see that your whole life is a set of systems. In fact, when you self-reflect on what comes easily and naturally to you, or what you have had to create to overcome an obstacle in your education from the 'School of Hard Knocks,' you will see that you already have established some incredible systems.

The key is to tie your system into the concept of making someone more productive. Increased productivity is the cornerstone of entrepreneurship. It involves a different way of doing something that will save your target market time, energy and/or money.
