What makes a good partnership? In business, as in most personal relationships, a good partnership is where both parties are on the same page with one another on most if not all issues. The way to achieve this is through communication, of course. In personal relationships, when there is a lack of communication people don't act within the other persons vision of what the relationship was supposed to consist of in some way. This can be just as true in a business relationship.

Things don't always go as planned though, so what happens when you disagree with your business partner?
