It doesn't have to be costly, complex or convoluted. Just try answering these 5 qeustions:
* Who should run your business blog - and for whom?
* What should you blog about?
* Where will your business blog be hosted - and why?
* Who will manage the business blog - and when can you see results?
* Why are you doing this in the first place?
Answering these questions before you set out business blogging can avoid a lot of pain down the road.
