5 - L-shape Leg Lift (hip joint at 45 degrees)

These 5 butt hip & thigh exercises only require a mat or soft floor. Beginners should aim for 4 - 8 repetitions on each exercise [**BE SURE TO GET MEDICAL CLEARANCE BEFORE YOU DO ANY FORM OF EXERCISE**]...

As you advance - you can add repetitions and sets depending on your goals and schedule.
