Crafting with Buttons
The button crafts shown here are suitable all ages. By all ages, I mean that some of these craft projects are geared toward kids and others are a little more adventuresome to keep a seasoned craft digging through the button jar.

Display Marbles on Buttons
Choose the right size button for the marble. A slight dip in the center of the button makes a perfect place for the round marble to rest. To make a small display of marbles, this trick works great.
Set the buttons on a small tray with a lip to catch the marbles if they get bumped to keep the marbles from rolling away.

- You sure made me smile here with memories of when I used to enjoy going through my Mom's button box to find these wonderful pieces of art. Thank goodness so many vintage buttons were saved way back when a button was always removed for its next task when a garment was taken apart and probably made into rug. Delightfully done!...*
