Reusable bags are definitely a good idea. And there's the benefit of that small discount you get at the store (not much, but it will eventually pay off the amount of the reusable bag). Disposable plastic bags use oil during production, not to mention don't biodegrade. I'm definitely for reusable bags.

No - I heart plastic or paper bags.
