I bought this toy for my son for his 6th birthday and he just loves its. The glow dome lights on it are very bright, you don't even have to turn the lights off in your house to see the glow. It takes 3 "AA" batteries. It is extremely easy to use, not complicated at all.

The glow dome is awesome! My twin boys love it! It has a storage compartment to hold the markers which is very handy. It is very easy to clean just a paper towel or dry cloth.

It's great! My daughter can draw whatever she wants. She can even trace pictures that come with the Glow Dome. You can also download more scenes. I'm not sure how long the batteries will last, but he used it for 3 hours straight with no problems. My other daughter, who's 8 months old, loved watching the lights on it.

I would definetly recommend this to anyone. It is the perfect gift!
