Why buy direct from our website?

What is the difference between buying from our website and Etsy or eBay?

Our products and customer service is exactly the same quality. So why change?

1. may be lower prices on some items on our website
2. more payment options on our website
3. option to use a credit card on our website (you pay in Canadian funds, which will cost you less, we only accept PayPal US funds on the other sites)
4. all products are available through our website, but may not be available on the other sites
5. we offer specials on our website

Not a problem, even though our order form page is secure, we would be more than happy to call you and take your credit card information over the telephone.

On our secure order form, under "Comments", leave a note that you would like us to call you for your credit card information.

If I live in the US, why are you charging my credit card in Canadian funds?

It isn't based on where you live, it is where we are located. Because we are a Canadian business, we have to charge in Canadian funds.

Your credit card company will convert the amount to US dollars.

Is it easier to make your PayPal payment on Etsy or eBay?

No, not really, it is very much the same.

On our secure order form, under "Payment Information", select PayPal for Payment Option.

We automatically send you an invoice through PayPal.

When you receive the email notification from PayPal, you only have to click on the link. Or you can sign into PayPal and send payment from there.

The sole purpose of having a secure online order form is for our customer to transmit their credit card information to us in a secure manner.

However, our Secure Order Form page is set up to list all of our products and prices, organized by category, on one page, so for some folks, this is easier.

If you are already an established customer with us, and using the same credit card, we already have your customer information on file, so you do not have to continue to use our order form for future orders.

Do you have to complete our order form? This will depend on how you are sending payment or if you are a repeat customer.

PAYPAL - If you will be paying through PayPal, you do not have to complete the order form. If you prefer, you can send us an email with your personal information (address, phone, comments) and a list of the item(s) you would like to purchase. Hint: from the product page or order form page, simply copy the exact product name and price of the item(s) you would like to purchase.

CREDIT CARD - If you are using a credit card for the first time, or using a different credit card from a previous order, you would have to complete the order form this one time only. For any future orders, as long as we are charging the same credit card, you could send your order by email.
