Advantages of Buying Direct
The majority of our business is through our website, but we also sell on other venues such as Etsy and eBay. Some buyers prefer to remain on these sites as they are familiar and comfortable using them, but we also would like to let you know about the advantages and ease of buying from us direct.
I just started this with a few basic questions and will continue to add to this as we get asked more questions.

Advantages to buying direct
What is the difference between buying from our website and Etsy or eBay?
Our products and customer service is exactly the same quality. So why change?

- more payment options on our website
- option to use a credit card on our website (you pay in Canadian funds, which will cost you less, we only accept PayPal US funds on the other sites)
- all products are available through our website, but may not be available on the other sites
- we offer specials on our website
Credit Card Questions
I don't use my credit card online
Not a problem, even though our order form page is secure, we would be more than happy to call you and take your credit card information over the telephone.On our secure order form, under "Payment Information", select Credit Card - Please Contact Me for Payment Option.
Why am I paying in Canadian funds?
If I live in the US, why are you charging my credit card in Canadian funds?It isn't based on where you live, it is where we are located. Because we are a Canadian business, we have to charge in Canadian funds.
Your credit card company will convert the amount to US dollars.
PayPal Questions
Isn't PayPal easier on other sites?
Is it easier to make your PayPal payment on Etsy or eBay?No, not really, it is very much the same.
On our secure order form, under "Payment Information", select PayPal US Funds for Payment Option.
We automatically send you an invoice through PayPal.
When you receive the email notification from PayPal, you only have to click on the link. How easy is that?
General Questions
I hate filling out online order forms!
The sole purpose of having a secure online order form is for our customer to transmit their credit card information to us in a secure manner.Our Secure Order Form page also lists all our products and prices, organized by category, on one page, so for some folks, this is easier.
If you are already an established customer with us, we have your customer information on file.
Do you have to complete our order form? This will depend on how you are sending payment.
PAYPAL - If you wish to continue paying through PayPal, you do not have to complete the order form. If you prefer, you can send us an email with the item(s) you would like to purchase. Simply copy the exact product name and price from our website or order form page of the item(s) you would like to purchase.
CREDIT CARD - If you would like to use your credit card, since this will be the first time, you would have to complete the order form this one time only. For any future orders, as long as we are charging the same credit card, you could send your order by email.

We would be more than happy to call you and explain website purchases or answer any questions you may have.Send us an email and request a phone call. Be sure to include your telephone number (including area code) and a convenient day and time to call.
