Elmo Live Toy

This is truly the most advanced Elmo toy ever created so far. In fact it's so close to the real Sesame Street Muppet character that your children may not realize that that the real Elmo is a manually operated puppet. His mouth moves, and his head bounces frantically as he flails his arms side to side in an excited manner sure to entertain any child. Forget ever trying to give a regular stuffed toy as a gift after giving Elmo Live to someone. Everything else is simply plain and boring in comparison to the animated movements of this toy

Elmo's popularity among children no matter what year or decade cannot be understated. Most people do not realize that the character of Elmo has actually been around since 1972 and wasn't even a main character on Sesame Street. It was a surprise to everyone that he has become as popular as he is today. But for whatever reason, children everywhere have come to love the little red monster who speaks in a child's voice in third person. Bring home Elmo Live and you'll be surprised how well he fits into your family like any other family member. After watching him on Sesame Street, your children probably already consider him one of their best friends.

1/ I quickly realised that the abilities shown in previous demonstrations of the toy were only a small proportion of Elmo Live can really do. Elmo sings and dances to 3 songs, all of which last around 3 minutes. That alone is very impressive in comparison with other toys which rarely say more than a few short phrases. (David Tube)

One of the most impressive features that I hadn't seen before is that if Elmo falls over, he asks you to pick him up. Along with that, he gets an itchy back and asks you to scratch it. His head bobbing motion is another nice feature.

There is no denying Elmo Live really is a great toy. He is aimed at toddlers but I've seen 9 and 10 year olds that would love Elmo Live for Christmas. In fact you'll be hard pressed to find anyone at any age that is not impressed by him.

2/ Elmo Live review, the new toy is a considerable improvement over the original Tickle Me Elmo doll sold back in 1996. With a much larger vocabulary and a greater range of movement, Elmo Live surpasses the original doll by a long shot. Elmo Live sings, laughs, and tells jokes. He can "stand up" and he can even introduce himself to you. One Elmo Live review said if you squeeze his nose, back, tummy, foot, or simply tickle him, you can get his attention. Children, of course, can easily do this and they always love the attention that Elmo Live will give them. He's their best friend and they will probably be able to spend hours of fun playing with him. 3/Although it seems as though the Muppet character of Elmo has been around forever, he was "born" in the early 1970's. For many years he was only a background character and wasn't given much exposure or air time. Almost 15 years after his creation, 1984, talented puppeteer Kevin Clash gave him new "life" and so began his rise to the high level of popularity that surrounds Elmo today. How popular is Elmo? To say that he's very popular would be a serious understatement, and the Elmo Live reviews definitely show how much critics love this doll. (Michael Addison)
