Buy Facebook fans: organic growth versus artificial growth (Part 1)

With the increasing popularity of social networking websites, a lot of online marketers have started to stress the need to buy Facebook fans. The benefits are undeniable, but a lot of people are still skeptical about having to buy fans instead of "earning" them in a more organic way. Most people who are against buying Facebook friends are worried about the repercussions of artificial growth. True, there have been reports of affiliate marketers having their pages removed or their accounts banned because of excessive spamming and friend requests. The important thing to remember though, is that as long as you do everything in moderation, you won't be caught and reprimanded by Facebook. I will try to outline a few points and show you how to buy Facebook fans and achieve successful, sustainable artificial growth.

First, make sure that you plan everything out before you make the decision to buy Facebook fans. Try to set up a schedule of say, 1000 fans a week. Then as your campaign starts to gain steam, slowly increase the rate you buy fans at. Don't always be consistent with the number of fans you buy or the time period in which you separate your purchases. If you're doing 1000 a week for example, throw in a purchase of 5000 one week, do 1000 another week, and then do 500 for example. Buy them at seemingly random periods too: every 3 days, every 4 days, wait a week, and then do 2 days, etc. Arbitrary decisions is the name of the game. Be creative, and they'll never suspect a thing.

The reason that a lot of people get caught when they buy FB fans for their page is because they are too excessive in their campaign methods. It's tempting to go overboard and buy 50000 Facebook fans right off the bat. I mean, who wouldn't? That amount would probably take a month or two of dedicated marketing to achieve organically. If you're a small business or a new website starting out, stick to slow and steady growth. Look at your campaign from an objective viewpoint, and ask yourself "is this kind of growth realistic?" If the answer is no, then you need to tone down the rate at which you buy Facebook fans. Exercise moderation.
