You might be thinking that this diet sounds like a lot of work. The cool thing is that they call this an "idiot proof" diet because everything is computed for you, and there is no need to calorie count or label read. I thought what the heck. What do I have to lose (except about 30 or so pounds).

Well, I am in my second week and as of this morning, weighed 180 pounds(down 14 pounds from where I started and about 14 total inches). The best thing is that one of the principles of this diet requires you to eat more than 3 times a day. I have never been hungry on this diet. Food is no longer the enemy. And because the diet generator was constantly alternating my calorie intake, I was never bored (I got tired of eating meat every meal on my last diet).
