Are You Looking for Places to Buy Gluten Free Food?

Most people have no need to buy gluten free food - but for those with wheat allergies or celiac disease, gluten-free cooking and eating must become a way of life.

What I've tried to do on this lens is to help out those who are gluten free by pointing you in the direction of some gluten free food items and cooking needs, and places to buy them.

If you should happen to live near a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods supermarket, you're in luck, as both stores carry a wide variety of gluten free products. If you don't live near either, check with your local market - many are starting to carry more and more choices in GF foods. And don't forget to check your local health food stores, you can often find GF foods and ingredients such as rice and almond flours there.

It's also very convenient to shop online for gluten free food items. There are several specialty stores online that carry a variety of products specially made for gluten free eating.
