Buy A House In Southern Maine

Buy 320 Stone Hill Road in beautiful Limerick, Maine NOW while the market is still depressed !

While interest rates are lower than they've been in decades and prices are WAY down, you should take advantage of the opportunity to buy this great four bedroom split entry home on 2.4 acres of lawn and wooded land in beautiful, quiet Limerick, Maine, a small community of 2400 year 'round residents with a great school system, terrific recreation opportunities and much, much more.

It has brand new oak laminate floors, new interior paint throughout, new kitchen remodeling and a new roof going on.

It's only yards from the Pendexter Brook, a clean, stocked trout stream, on a quiet paved road, 45 minutes from Portland and 2 &1/2 hours from downtown Boston. At night the brook is all you hear!

Limerick is still mainly a farm town, with nice people, a few stores and town buildings, a bank, several churches and restaurants and a beautiful lake for swimming, boating and fishing.

Lack of light pollution means at night you can see every star in the sky! Maine is the most heavily forested state in the nation and you can drive around the Limerick area all day with nobody in front of you!

I've owned this home since 2001 and it's been very good to me, but I'm getting married and need to buy a place in Los Angeles (where I work), so regrettably, I have to part with it., but you can believe me when I say that I will never sell my original house on Stone Hill Rd., because Limerick is simply too darn nice! I look forward to returning in the summer time and intend to live there when I retire.

This house currently commands a rent which gives me a positive cash flow after payment of mortgage, taxes and insurance and considering that you could most likely get a mortgage at an even lower rate today than I did with my refi of 2006, were you to invest in it as a rental property, you could pocket even more every month than I do!

320 Stone Hill Rd. Limerick, Maine 04048

The view from the road

The upper level has three bedrooms of various sizes, all of which have newly installed oak laminate floors and good closet space, and a large living room and dining area, kitchen and tiled bathroom..

The electric range and refrigerator (which can stay or go according to your preference) were new less than four years ago.

The house has a finished ground level basement with a laundry room, office or den and a large bedroom that I converted from unfinished space with a large coat closet and an enormous, secure storage closet. The bedroom and office/den have linoleum tiled floors.

The single car garage, which can be accessed from the office/den, has an automatic garage door opener and separate pedestrian entrance.

The heating system is forced hot water by oil and I had a new furnace installed in 2005.

The pure water is supplied from your own well.

The back deck was newly replaced in 2007.

What should I look for when looking at /www.best40yearmortgage.com/">30 year fixed mortgages? I don't want to get a bad deal.

I'm not familiar with the site, but you want to pay a house off sooner than later. Rates are lower, though payments are higher, on shorter term loans, so I recommend the shortest term you can get.
