After you fill out the short form, "I will give you the link to in the link section", you will be assigned a "Cabinet Specialist" who will contact you by phone or email to ask a few questions about your project. Some of the questions would be like: "do you have a certain cabinet company in mind?", "do you want standard or european style cabinets with no frames showing", some idea of the size of the project, rooms you are working on, wood species you would prefer, colors,budget, etc. This will give your Cabinet Specialist a place to start with your quote. They do not provide a design service, but if you have a decent drawing and layout of your project, they can go from there.

Your Cabinet Specialist will send you information on the cabinets you are interested in, usually by Fed-Ex or UPS. Color brochures, color samples, door samples, wood species samples are all available to you to check out. Nice.

Note: Remember, no colors look right online, never choose an important color without seeing it in the room you are going to put it in. So get a color sample at least and look at it in the room you're installing the cabinets in, with the lighting that will be there. Also look at it in the daytime as well as the night time to make sure you love it.

After selecting your manufacturer, wood species, color, glaze and overlay, you get to move on to all the accessories available to you. Some of these would include, dovetail drawers, full extension drawer guides, self closing drawer guides, pull out trays, spice racks and appliance garages to name just a few. FUN! Think of everything you want your cabinets to do for you at this point.

After all these important decisions are made, your Cabinet Specialist will give you a quote with everything you asked for. If this is acceptable, which 99% of the time the pricing is incredible, he or she will send you a complete quote to be signed either digitally or by hand and returned.

At this point you can choose a financing package, send a cashiers check, or put the deposit on your credit card. This money can be refunded up until the cabinet order is put into production by the factory. In case of buyers remorse. =) Won't happen.
They take a deposit of 50% to get the order started. The balance is due before you take delivery of the cabinets. This option is available on all lines except SOMERSBY & NORCRAFT CABINETS, as they go into production so quickly there is no time to arrange for the balance to be paid before they are on their way to you or your jobsite. This is a good thing if you want your kitchens fast.

Note: You can also make any last minute changes at no charge, up until the order goes into production at the factory. This could be color, door style, a certain cabinet, etc. It happens believe me.

After your deposit or full payment has been verified, your order is passed on to your own personal "Project Coordinator". They will call to introduce themself as they will be your contact until your cabinets are delivered. They will go over all the choices you made again, company, style, color, glazes, etc., to triple check that it's what you want. This is a good thing. They will place your order with the factory and track it daily to make sure everything is ok. They will contact you again with an estimated delivery date. This will help with your planning of other things like flooring, lighting, or whatever you need to do before they arrive. Your Buycabinets.com Project Coordinator will also arrange for your final payment when it's due. They are responsible for any changes you and your Cabinet Specialist make before production starts also. Your Project Coordinator will contact you with your final delivery date and track the progress of the truck that is delivering your order.

When your cabinets are delivered they will call you to make sure everything is ok and that you've inspected everything. You will have a limited time to do the inspection, so it's best to get it over and done with as soon as possible. If you do find something that needs attention, they will take care of it for you.

BuyCabinets.com also asks that you take some BEFORE and AFTER photos so they can see your transformation. It's a cool thing to do for yourself too. Kind of a "look what I did" sort of thing.
