-Once you've realized what a huge undertaking you're attempting, it's too late...

Buying a pre-loved home definitely has it's strong points - besides the actual move itself, it's a pretty stress free experience. Sure, the decorating style isn't quite you, but still...

-Older homes have a certain charm or "lived in" feel that new houses don't have.

-Move straight in, no 8-12 months of waiting for you.

-Cost of repairs, especially if your home is more than 15 years old.

-Possibly outdated plumbing and electrical systems, which are more suseptible to breaking or malfunctioning.
